Anthony is a former investment professional turned Advisor focused on business owners, entrepreneurs, athletes, corporate leaders and multi-generational families. Anthony has over 15 years of industry experience and has been a part of the successful completion of two internal transitions and one merger & acquisition. Currently, he is an Advisor at NorthRock Partners, where he has built a reputation for leveraging technology and integrating non-industry client services within traditional financial and lifestyle advice. With a focus on driving a NorthRock Personal Office™ experience for every client, Anthony continues to help build a growing company while serving an exceptional client list. He is a member of NorthRock’s Investment Committee and also holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation.
As a real estate professional, Anthony co-founded KASE Properties in 2012, a real estate limited liability company investing in his local community adding to the supply of high-quality, professionally managed rental housing – “I’m dedicated to making a positive impact on the communities in which I grew up.”
With a passion for athletics Mr. Mlachnik co-founded the Rapid Acceleration Program Basketball Institute in 2010 (now 24:Up, Inc.), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of our youth and encouraging young people to stay active through sports. The non-profit provides opportunity, resources, and develops unique programs to help strengthen our communities through educational and cultural enrichment opportunities leveraging the game of basketball.
Anthony sits on the board of the Pat Connaughton Foundation, is on the Advancement Committee of Saint Thomas More, and is activity member of the Advice Community and Local Communities.
Anthony and his wife Kelly have four children; Marcus, Miles, Mikayla and Madison.
